Please verify that the signer meets all requirements below and (1) email document(s) or (2) upload them yourself to the Storefront.

Email documents to: regalnotarys@gmail.com. Documents must be sent at least one hour before the appointment.

You will receive an email with instructions and a link to confirm your appointment on the online notary platform.

Requirements for Remote Online Notarization appointment:

• Have available the last four digits of your US Social Security Number
• A government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport (cannot be expired). If no US ID, contact us before scheduling an appointment.
• Steady internet service
• A smartphone or computer with audio/video and a supported browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari)
• The online notarization process takes about 15-45 minutes depending on the documents
• Documents must be received prior to appointment for online notarization, either by email or upload to storefront.
• Provide first and last name (as it appears on their ID) of all signers and their individual email addresses & cell number (include with document email)

Our Remote Online Notary Services are provided by a state-approved Remote Online Commissioned Notary in Missouri. The final notarized document will be valid in any state.

Your document will be notarized online and can be printed or downloaded after completion.

All documents notarized online by a Remote Online Commissioned Notary are accepted as officially notarized in any state.

Remote Online Notary Service Fees:

Pricing starts at $45 per notarized signature for online notary services. Fee includes technology, document prep, single notarization seal and 1 notarial act (signatures).

Additional signatures for acknowledgements and jurats will be $5 each; additional seals are $15 each
